About This Spot

Tucked away on a quieter stretch of Dunmore’s main road, Ragnacci’s feels like stepping into a familiar story—one that’s been lovingly retold through generations over a shared table. From the moment you walk in, there's a gentle rhythm to the place: warm lighting, the soft murmur of families and longtime neighbors, and the unmistakable aroma of rich sauces mingling with fresh herbs. It’s the kind of spot where the pace slows just enough to savor more than the meal itself.

Here, the atmosphere strikes a delicate balance between comfort and tradition. You’ll find yourself settled into close-knit seating that encourages conversation and invites the kind of easy laughter that happens when you’re among regulars. The staff’s genuine hospitality shapes every interaction—a quiet promise that you’re not just another guest, but part of the ongoing community story.

The kitchen invites a culinary journey rooted in Italian classics but infused with heartfelt care. Whether it’s the tender chicken parmigiana, the robust seafood specialties, or the indulgent housemade desserts, every bite carries a familiarity that hints at recipes handed down and perfected for years. The inclusion of a well-loved salad bar and thoughtfully prepared sides adds a homely touch to every plate, reinforcing the feeling of a meal made just for you.

Meals here aren’t rushed; instead, they’re moments to connect—with friends, family, and the comforting sense of place that Ragnacci’s has cultivated as a gathering point in Dunmore. It’s the kind of restaurant where special occasions naturally find their home, yet it warmly embraces the spontaneous visits too, giving each experience a sincere and welcoming heart.

Haven’t been to Ragnacci’s in years but I was glad to find the sauce tasted just as good as I remembered! Many seafood entrees, entrees with salad bar and desserts were all really good!

Ragnacci's is a blessing in this overly inflationary world! So much yummy food at incredible budget saving prices! We are also blessed that they do not snub you when you show up without a reservation or at the end of the night! So many restaurants could take a page from their book! You will not be disappointed and you will put them on your FAVORITES list!!! Ann Marie is super friendly!

What a pleasant surprise. My wife and I had a wonderful Friday lunch here. This is a family run business, and the quality and care is obvious from start to finish. Clean restaurant, friendly server, fantastic food, and great prices. My chicken parmigiana was fantastic and half the price of many Italian restaurant. We will be back!

Delicious meal cooked to perfection! The meal also included salad bar, & soup! Seating is a little tight, but manageable.

We’ve been coming to Ragnacci’s since I was a kid and the food never changed, it’s amazing. Tuesday is there lobster night and my mom loved it. Their Chicken Parmesan is my go too and you always get so much that you can take some home for the next day. A little pricey so we only go for birthdays and other events but it’s well worth it.

This a cute little restaurant. It is very small which makes a bit cramped for seating. Food was absolutely delicious!! Homemade pasta & sauce. The portions are huge! We had leftovers to enjoy the next day. Salad bar was ok. However, the soup was amazing!! You can tell the food is homemade. Wait staff is friendly. Prices were fair as you got soup & salad with most of the meals. They also have a bar with seating. There are lots of appetizers to choose from. Along with many daily specials. Highly recommend you should stop by.

The atmosphere was great. The service was excellent. The food was good but not great. I will be returning. I didn't try much of the food and no dessert so stay tuned for more.

If you're looking for an old school Italian food experience, Ragnacci's is the spot!! Great ambiance, great service which was very attentive and homemade, delicious food!! We stopped in for dinner after an afternoon of Christmas shopping, the Christmas margarita was perfect! We shared the Lobster ravioli and Tempura shrimp appetizers, both which were very flavorful. For my entrée I got the filet and crab cake dinner and hubby got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The filet was the perfect temp, and you could definitely tell the crab cake was fresh made!! The fettuccine noodles were also homemade and the sauce was the perfect texture and creaminess, with the chicken done just right!! Each entrée came with soup & salad, the soup was ham and bean (not pictured) and the shared tossed salad had the most delicious house dressing: white wine Vinegrette (I could have drank it from a glass lol) The fresh bread basket was warm and yummy too!! Highly recommend visiting Ragnacci's for your next night out, but wear your stretchy pants cause the portions are huge....they feed you like an traditional Italian grandma would!!
